A renewed device is a product that has been meticulously tested, cleaned and, if needed, repaired by an expert technician, always using original components. Each device comes with a standard warranty that covers any malfunctions, exactly like new, for 12 months, and a 10-day return period in case of any defects.

When will I receive my product?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the day you order. The exact delivery dates are shown on each product page and in your cart. Revibe Express items arrive faster. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp and email from the moment you order.

Can I track my order?

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

The 12-month warranty covers all types of defects encountered under normal usage, the same as a warranty for a new device.

What does the 12-month warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device. For extra protection, we offer our 2-year extended warranty, which also covers accidental damage and water damage and extends your coverage by an extra year.

How do I claim the warranty?

Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.
