The 60 Watt MagSafe Power Adapter features a magnetic DC connector that ensures your power cable will disconnect if it experiences undue strain and helps prevent fraying or weakening of the cables over time. In addition, the magnetic DC helps guide the plug into the system for a quick and secure connection. When the connection is secure, an LED located at the head of the DC connector will light up; an amber light lets you know that your portable is charging, while a green light tells you that you have a full charge. An AC lead is provided with the adapter for maximum lead length, while the AC wall adapter (also provided) gives users an even easier and more compact way to travel.

Each device comes with a Standard warranty that covers any malfunctions, exactly like new, for 12 months and a 10-day return period in case of any defects.

The 12-month warranty covers all types of defects encountered under normal usage, the same as a warranty for a new device.

What does the 12-month warranty not cover?

If you want to be extra secure, we offer our 2 Years Extended Warranty, which also covers accidental damage and water damage, as well as extending your coverage for an extra year. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device.

How do I claim the warranty?

Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.
