It is with deep regret I would like to say that I am disappointed with the service by Revibe Technology FZ-LLC, U.A.E.
We wanted to buy 2 I Phones' and during my search on google, we found "Revibe" and thought to give it a try.
- We ordered one I phone SE (2020) / 1 Midnight / 128 GB / Excellent on 5th March 2023.
- On 10th March 2023 I got the delivery
- On the same night of 10th March 2023 I switched on my I Phone and found that there is an issue with the mic.
- On 11th March I requested Revibe to give me a call to discuss the same and to solve the issue.
And it's 23rd March and still, the problem is not resolved...!!!
Having not been able to solve the problem for 18 days (since 11th March) even after so many emails, I believe it is not acceptable in any form of business in U.A.E or globally.
This is not the way you must treat an order or any customer.
I request Revibe Technology FZ-LLC, U.A.E to kindly cancel my ORDER 3310 and refund the money, and also collect the I phone from the delivery address.
Due to the above experience, I will never ever recommend Revibe to any of my friends or family.
